Regarding Video Filming,

In Tama no Kuni, an application is required before conducting any video filming.
The application location is at the counter on the right side of the floor upon entering our store.

If you inform the staff at the counter that you wish to film a video, we will provide you with an application form. Please read the instructions carefully and fill in the form accordingly.

Once you have completed the form, the staff will give you a filming permit. Please hang the permit around your neck or place it in a location visible to the staff.

Please be aware that if you are found filming without a permit, our staff will kindly remind you.

Furthermore, filming that invades the privacy of other customers or causes nuisance, as well as live broadcasting or live streaming, is prohibited.
