Admission Age and Time
Guests under the age of 16 may play until the maximum time of 21:00 (closing time) if accompanied by a guardian.
Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted entry after 18:00 unless accompanied by a guardian.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted entry after 21:00, even if accompanied by a guardian.
In-Store Rules
Regarding Food and Drinks
- Eating and drinking are prohibited outside of the rest areas.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol inside the facility are prohibited.
- Bringing in food purchased outside is not allowed.
- Entry after drinking alcohol is prohibited.
Regarding Cash Exchange, Refunds, and Currency Exchange
- Cashing in or refunding prizes is prohibited.
- Exchanging prizes that were won is prohibited.
- Reverse currency exchange (from coins to bills) is prohibited.
- Currency exchange for non-gaming purposes is prohibited.
Other
- When asking for help from the staff, please do so after playing.
- Please speak to the staff before recording videos.
- It is not possible to place prizes in positions other than those specified by the game machine.
